Recipe for Success

FNF Florida Agency was formed in January 2010, by consolidating our existing statewide agency operations for five underwriters. Maitland is home to our state headquarters, and we have over 400 employees in 16 locations striving to provide the best service and support available in the industry to our Chicago, Commonwealth and Fidelity agents.

Here’s the recipe for who we are today:

FNF FLORIDA AGENCY 

Ingredients:

  • 3 Big Cheese Ringleaders
  • A peck of Brainiac Underwriters
  • A heaping spoonful of Customer Service Fanatics
  • A smidgeon of Accounting Superstars
  • A bushel of Master Title Examiners
  • A dollop of Creative Services Virtuosos
  • A handful of Agency Administration Pros
  • A lock of Timeshare Geniuses
  • A jigger of Agency Sales Champions
  • A barrel of Commercial Services Maniacs
  • A dash of Technology Titans
  • Special Seasoning Blend (Varying amounts of positive attitude, dedication to our customers, innovation, patience, creativity and humor)

 

Directions:

Combine four state operations headquarters into a single office building. 

Gently whisk together title production and sales staff in each location throughout Florida so they are merged beneath one roof in every city.

Layer in generous amounts of the Special Seasoning Blend and stir well.

Allow the mixture to settle. Then, locate in a geographic area with temperatures ranging from 20° F to 100°+ F and observe closely.  Area must have a propensity for damaging hurricanes every couple of years.

Within a few weeks, concoction will bubble and make various types of noises and movements. This is simply a result of various brilliant and creative reactions taking place between the ingredients in the newly formed environment. When these changes begin to take place, carefully add more of the Special Seasoning Blend and stir well. Continue to observe and repeat the process as needed. Do not allow to sit for longer than a couple of weeks without taking action. Do not try to test for doneness, as it will always be a work in progress.
